Top Slings stocks turnbuckles with end fitting of eye, hook and jaw. Turnbuckles are designed to adjust tension slack in tensioning assembly. Our turnbuckle stock consists of commercial grade turnbuckles, industry standard turnbuckles and stainless steel turnbuckles.
Commercial grade turnbuckles are made of electric galvanised malleable steel, comes in either eye and hook or eye and eye termination configuration. It is mostly used in construction or light static load tensioning.
Industry standard turnbuckles are suitable for standard and heavy duty application. They are hot dipped galvanized and forged, where end fittings are quenched and tempered or normalized. All BST industry standard turnbuckles are equipped with lock nuts for safety purposes, and meets the performance requirements of Federal specification FF-T-791B and ASME B30.26.
We also stock AISI 304 (SS304) and AISI 316 (SS316) stainless steel turnbuckles and pipe turnbuckle to meet different customer requirement.
